I came to the Passport Acceptance Facility desk at Old Bridge Library to make application for a new passport to replace my long expired one. I could not be more pleased or happy with the experience.

From beginning to end, the entire transaction was handled with the utmost in courtesy, patience, professionalism, and competence.
I am grateful to the very professional employee (whose name I somehow failed to note) who made the complicated simple and expeditious.

We could not ask for a better experience! The girl at the passport desk was very knowledgeable and accommodating! Even though I checked twice if we have all the documents we need, it turned out we were missing some. She gave us time to come back with all documentation. Will definitely come back for other passports.
