Got my passport here and it took no longer than 15 minutes. Was very impressed by the cleanliness, quietness, accessibility, and staff. I even stayed for another two hours afterwards to read in a very comfortable chair. Loved it!

Amazing experience. Prior to the appointment I got an email confirming what was needed as well as a phone call. At the appointment the woman was extremely helpful and patient with my family of 5. We had our photos taken there as well. It was such a smooth process. Highly recommend using old bridge library for your passports!

Working with this passport agency was like a dream. They are organized and detailed in explaining everything you need to do for whatever type of passport you need. You can call and a person actually picks up and answers your questions. The day before they even called me to confirm and see if I had any questions. You get reminder emails and explanations as well. I will only use this facility for passport transactions in the future.

Very good with no wait

I applied for a passport and everything went very quickly and smoothly. I filled out the application before I went to the library, brought it with me, and they had me done and finished (including having my passport picture taken) in 10 minutes. The woman who helped me was very friendly and answered all of my questions.
