Went to the Library twice in the last two years for passports. Pleasant experience, and very convenient appointment times. Traveled from New York because the only place close to my home in NY is the post office. The library has night and weekend appointments.

Virginia was extremely helpful when I came in with a ton of questions before my appointment. Then during my actual appointment, Chantel (sp) was so gracious, patient, and extremely friendly. 10/10 recommend!!!
